Scientista Launches at SXSW with “Women Leading with Science” Panel


Austin, TX – March 11, 2025 – Scientista, a new organization dedicated to empowering
women who lead with science, is officially launching at SXSW 2025 with a panel in
partnership with Texas House. Titled “The Emergence of Scientistas” the panel will bring
together leading voices in science and policy to discuss their career journeys, the barriers
women face in STEM, and the role of science in shaping a more sustainable and equitable
future.

Panelists:
